2 explosion-proof floodlights
First, according to the actual needs of the work site, determine the installation location and installation method of the lamp, and then prepare the corresponding length of Φ8-Φ14mm three-core cable according to the distance between the lamp and the power contact.
Next, open the ballast end cap, loosen the compression nut of the ballast cable inlet, and pass the lamp cable and power cord through the compression nut into the inner terminal of the ballast to secure the connection. Tighten the cable tie nut and tighten the ballast cover separately.
Third, according to the determined installation location and installation method, install the lamp and the ballast, and then connect the other end of the ballast input cable to the 220V power supply according to the explosion-proof requirements, and the lighting can be realized.
Fourth, loosen the screws on the bottom of the lamp holder. You can adjust the lighting direction by rotating the lamp holder 360°. Loosen the screws on both sides of the lamp base. Adjust the lighting angle of the lamp head up and down according to the lighting requirements, and then tighten the screws.
Fifth, when replacing the bulb, use a suitable screwdriver or other tool to insert the holes into the two raised parts on the side of the front cover, unscrew the front cover, remove the bad bulb, and replace with a new one.
3 Precautions for the use of explosion-proof floodlights
First, when shipping explosion-proof floodlights, the lights should be installed in an assembled carton with foam added to absorb vibration.
Secondly, when installing and maintaining explosion-proof floodlights, the power must be disconnected first.
Third, when using, the surface of the lamp will have a certain temperature rise, which is a normal phenomenon; it should be noted that when the explosion-proof floodlight is working, the center temperature of the transparent member is very high, and it should not be touched by hand. Fourth, when replacing the bulb, the same type and power bulb should be used; if the bulb type or power changes, the matching ballast should be replaced accordingly.
